This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of e-idta.com and the services operated by International Document Translation Agency (“E-IDTA”), a commercial brand operated by its mother company International Automobile Agency (https://e-iaa.com/). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

International Automobile Agency is a privately held entity. It is not a government body, regulatory authority, or instrumentality of any government. It does not issue government permits, licenses, or official documents of any kind.

1. Scope

This AUP applies to every visitor, customer, affiliate, and integrator who uses our website, checkout system, support channels, email, live chat, or electronic messaging. Violations may result in immediate order cancellation, E-IDTA document invalidation, permanent restriction across all brands operated by International Automobile Agency, and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement and payment-network fraud prevention authorities.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Commit or facilitate fraud: Including ordering using stolen payment credentials, a falsified identity, or another person’s documents.
  • Submit third-party documents: Submit another person’s identity documents. Your E-IDTA must be based strictly on your own valid domestic driver’s license.
  • Impersonate individuals or entities: Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with E-IDTA or International Automobile Agency.
  • Bypass verification & security controls: Circumvent our fraud, identity-verification, or sanctions screening procedures (including Stripe Radar and OFAC screening).
  • Manipulate refunds or chargebacks: Place duplicate orders with the intent of manipulating chargebacks, stacking refunds, or committing friendly fraud.
  • Resell materials: Resell E-IDTA translation documents, physical booklets, or digital assets produced by International Automobile Agency without written authorization.
  • Unauthorized scraping or automated access: Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website by automated means in a manner inconsistent with robots.txt, our rate limits, or applicable law (including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1030).
  • Conduct unauthorized security testing: Perform penetration testing, load testing, or vulnerability scanning without prior written authorization from International Automobile Agency.
  • Distribute malicious software: Introduce malware, viruses, worms, or any malicious code to our systems, infrastructure, or end-users.
  • Disrupt infrastructure: Interfere with or disrupt our services, hosting servers, databases, or payment networks.
  • Send unsolicited communications: Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) using any email address, phone number, or communication channel operated by E-IDTA.
  • Violate applicable laws: Violate applicable local or international laws, including consumer protection, anti-fraud, sanctions, and privacy laws.
  • Misuse translation credentials: Counterfeit, tamper with, or alter the E-IDTA PDF, booklet, card, or QR verification code; or present the E-IDTA as a government-issued document, an official International Driving Permit (IDP), or a standalone driver’s license.
  • Abuse support channels: Harass, threaten, or send illegal content to our support staff or live chat channels.
  • Infringe intellectual property: Infringe upon E-IDTA's or International Automobile Agency's document designs, watermarks, translation templates, trademarks, digital verification systems, and copyrights, or the rights of any third party.

3. Content You Submit

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of all content and files you submit (including driver’s license photographs, passport selfies, electronic signatures, shipping details, and support messages).
  • Rights & Authorizations: You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary legal rights to submit the content and to grant International Automobile Agency the limited processing license described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Removal Rights: We reserve the right to refuse, flag, or remove any submitted content that violates this AUP or applicable law.

4. Automation, Scraping, and Rate Limits

  • Automated access to e-idta.com is permitted strictly in accordance with our published robots.txt file and documented system policies.
  • We reserve the right to rate-limit, block IP addresses, or terminate automated traffic that we reasonably consider abusive, disruptive, or harmful to site performance.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you suspect any individual or entity is misusing our service (e.g., submitting fraudulent driver's licenses, attempting payment fraud, or impersonating E-IDTA / International Automobile Agency), please report it immediately to hello@e-iaa.com.

6. Consequences of Violation

Consequences depend on the severity and context of the violation and may include:

  • Formal warning;
  • Order cancellation and refund reversal;
  • E-IDTA document invalidation (the digital QR verification page will flag the document as “Invalid / Revoked”);
  • Permanent restriction and blacklisting across all web properties operated by International Automobile Agency;
  • Reporting to Stripe, payment networks, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies;
  • Initiation of legal proceedings for civil damages and recovery of investigative costs.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the latest revisions were published.
