1. Our Accessibility Commitment
- Target Standard: We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
- Harmonized Standards & Frameworks: Our continuous accessibility enhancements are guided by international frameworks, including:
- Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act
- The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882)
- The UK Equality Act 2010
- The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
- California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act
2. Conformance Status and Maintenance
- Status: Conformance work in progress. We continuously audit and optimize our platform to ensure seamless usability for screen readers, keyboard-only navigators, and assistive device users.
- Last Review Date: September 13, 2026.
3. Known Limitations and Remediation Plan
We are actively working to identify and fix accessibility barriers across our web infrastructure. Currently identified areas undergoing optimization include:
- Third-Party Embedded Components: Embedded components such as PCI-compliant Stripe payment frames inherit accessibility features directly from third-party vendors. We monitor provider updates closely.
- Document PDF Outputs: Some generated digital translation PDFs are currently being optimized to ensure full screen-reader tagging and structure compliance. Accessible alternative formats are available upon request.
- Form Labels & Contrast: Image alternative text, ARIA landmarks, keyboard focus indicators, and high-contrast styling are reviewed and updated on a rolling basis.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or experience difficulty using any part of e-idta.com, please contact us at hello@e-iaa.com. We acknowledge accessibility inquiries within five (5) business days and will provide working solutions or accessible alternatives promptly.
4. Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our platform is engineered to support modern web browsers and assistive tools, including:
- Screen Readers: NVDA and JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and TalkBack (Android).
- Visual Adjustments: Native browser zooming and text scaling up to 200% without layout disruption.
- Navigation: Full keyboard-only focus navigation and tab control.
