Payment Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This Payment Policy lists the payment methods accepted at International Document Translation Agency (“E-IDTA”), operated by its mother company International Automobile Agency (https://e-iaa.com/), and explains the processing and security procedures behind them. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
International Automobile Agency is a privately held entity. It is not a government body, regulatory authority, or instrumentality of any government. It does not issue government permits, licenses, or official documents of any kind.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover — processed securely via Stripe.
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay — processed via Stripe.
- Regional Payment Methods: PIX (Brazil), iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium) — processed via Stripe.
2. Payment Methods Not Accepted
- PayPal (standalone): Not currently accepted.
- Cash, Checks, or Cashier's Checks: Not accepted.
3. Processing and Security Controls
- Stripe Integration: Stripe is our sole payment processor. All payment card data is tokenized by Stripe under Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance standards; E-IDTA and International Automobile Agency never store or access your full credit card details.
- Fraud Prevention: Stripe Radar performs real-time fraud scoring and risk assessment on every transaction. High-risk authorizations trigger an automatic 3D Secure 2 (3DS2) step-up verification challenge.
- Sanctions Screening: Automatic sanctions and OFAC compliance screening are conducted at the payment layer.
4. Billing Descriptor and Currency
- Billing Descriptor: Your credit card or bank statement will reflect charges as E-IAA or E-IDTA TRANSLATION.
- Currency: Prices are listed in USD. Stripe automatically converts the transaction amount to your card’s local currency at checkout using real-time exchange rates.
5. Failed Payments and Issuer Declines
- Retries: Failed authorizations can be retried immediately at checkout using an alternative payment method.
- Bank Declines: If your payment is declined repeatedly by your bank or card issuer, please contact your financial institution directly. Neither E-IDTA nor Stripe can override an issuer decline.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
- Refund Processing: All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout through Stripe.
- Policy References: Refund eligibility, timelines, production cancellation terms, and the Rejection and Replacement Guarantees are governed by our [Refund and Cancellation Policy].
- Dispute Resolution: Please contact customer support before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback results in the immediate cancellation and digital revocation of your E-IDTA translation verification QR code.
