Refund Policy

1. Verification Failures

If we are unable to verify your identity or documents and cannot issue your International Driving Permit as a result, you are entitled to a full refund of your order.

2. Before Processing Begins

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before our team has begun verifying your documents.

3. Digital IDPs

Because digital IDPs are delivered instantly once verified, refund requests submitted after a digital copy has been issued will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Printed Booklets

If your printed booklet has not yet shipped, you may request a refund or switch to a digital-only format. Once a booklet has shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable, though the document fee may still qualify for a refund under section 1.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details. We aim to review all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
