Digital IDPs and driving guides are delivered by email, typically within minutes of successful verification and payment. No physical shipping is involved for digital-only orders.

2. Printed Booklets

Orders that include a printed booklet are shipped once your application has been verified. Printed booklets are shipped worldwide.

3. Processing Time

Verified orders are typically handed to our shipping partner within 1-2 business days.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic addresses: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• International addresses: 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal conditions, or events outside our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your booklet ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your booklet hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact our support team and we'll investigate with our shipping partner or arrange a replacement.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
